API Exceed Message

    Hello, I have reset the password and now I'm getting a message that I have API limit exceeded but I never got in.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The email address used in this request belongs to a guest account. . Guest accounts are created when someone is working on a form and does create an account first. Please take note that we only offer one time log in only for guest accounts. In this case, you will not be receiving a password reset email. If you want to continue using the service, please sign up for an account here.

    If you are referring to different account please provide us the email address so that we can check as to why you are having difficulties accessing the account.
