How to Access and Change the Settings of Jotform Inbox

Is there a way to change the view from the approval side? Currently the approval side is showing every line item whether that category has been selected or not.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can choose to show or hide certain fields in the Inbox view by clicking on the checkbox near the question list to show or hide them. You can also rearrange the fields by dragging them to their preferred order or via the dropdown menu on the right side of the questions. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Jotform Inbox, click the 3 dots in the upper left corner menu from the main Inbox tab.
2. Click the Inbox Settings from the options.
3. Click on fields, and it would show you the details that you can set to hide/show.
