PDF output has unecessary HTML character entities

    i'm getting extra characters on some of the questions on the pdf -- how do I change that?

    Hello Carolyn,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I reviewed your PDF, and there are more than one spaces in between the numbers and the actual field labels, as seen in the screenshot below.

    Those spaces are replaced with “ ”, which are HTML entities that represent a space. You can delete those extra spaces, and then add them back if needed, to resolve this issue. Here's how to do that:

    1. Click the label of an affected field.
    2. Delete the extra spaces.
    3. Add the spaces back if necessary.
