Authorize.net: "Merchant login ID or password is invalid" error.

    Customers are all receiving the same message below when trying to fill out our form and pay. We have tested our gateway and it is working seems to be something with jot form? can you help.

    HI Travis,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error shown in your screenshot means that the Authorize.net credentials you entered into the payment settings panel are either incorrect, or are not yet available for use. I cloned your form then tested it, and everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    You can check out this guide from Authorize.net to learn how to resolve the issue. You can also contact Authorize.net directly to confirm whether your account is ready for live transactions, and if both your API Login and Transaction key are correct.
