Old version of the form is shown after downloading the fillable PDF.

When I select 'Download fillable PDF', download the form, then open the form, its an old version of the form, not the current version.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you referring to this form? Due to the different technology used on a web form from a PDF, it is not possible to create an exact copy of the web form as a PDF file.

Yes. That form. I have done it before and it worked. I wonder why It’s so difficult to print my forms. It doesn’t seem like it should be that difficult.

When you make some changes into your form, you should also update the PDF Layout. Updating the PDF in your form is easy. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In Form Builder, go to the PDF Editor of your form by clicking on the downward icon and selecting PDF Editor.
2. Create a New PDF by clicking on the +New PDF, then select New PDF Document.
3. Now we will delete the previous PDF. Please click on the three dots icon beside the previous PDF and then click on Delete.

Creating a new one will show all the default fields in your form.
