How can we customize the approval email with each approval?

There will be a piece of information that will need to be edited with each approval before it is sent out. Is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you referring to editing the approval email content? If so, it's really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Approval Workflow, select your Approval element and click on the Gear icon to open its properties.
2. Under the General tab, go to the Notification Emails.
3. Click on the Edit Email button.
4. You will then see the Email Content of your Approval element.

This is for a new customer credit approval form, so I would like for every approval email that gets sent out for each form to be edited before going out. Each submission will likely call for a different credit limit on their account, so this is why we would need to edit them every time. Additionally, I would like to remove the form altogether in the approval email and replace it with our credit account terms.
