    Good afternoon,

I need help setting up Autoresponder Emails that send a specific time and date. I received directions on how to do this before, followed those steps, but they still do not work. Can you please advise. I have been testing it out with the "Test Workshop" form we have in our Jotform account currently.

    Thanks,

    Jada

    Hi Jada,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Here's how to set the Autoresponder Email to send for later:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • On the left panel, click on Emails.
    • Hover over your Autoresponder Email and click on the pencil icon.
    • Under the Advanced tab, change the Send Email Later value to the date you want.
    • Click on Save when you're done.

    • On the left panel, click on Email.
    • Select Schedule a Reminder Email.
    • Under the Schedule tab, configure the necessary fields.
    • Click on Save when you're done.
