we are working on a regional report that has basic questions and a few paragraph responses. However, we need to allow our responders to upload PDFs of billing paperwork. How can we make this happen?

    thank you!

    Hi PREPARES,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add the File Upload form element into your form to allow your form users to upload files. Here's how to do:

    1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.

    2. Scroll down to File Upload.

    3. Click/Drag to add File Upload into the form.

Soooo im wondering about file size? We are getting about 10 PDFs (from individual respondents) ranging from 6-12 MB. We are looking for approximately 120 MB upload capacity.

Any insight on that and how to accomplish?
