Prepopulate Tool: "Shortended URL" option is unavailable

    Hi! The prepopulate.jotform.io site will not shorten my URL when I have completed a form. Please help!

    Hello mvnuacademicaffairs,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the Prepopulate Tool and also didn't see the Shortened URL section, as seen in the screenshot below:

    There's no official update about whether the Prepopulate Tool has been updated. I've gone ahead and consulted this with the relevant team. I'll get back to you once an update is available. In the meantime, I recommend using third-party tools such as Tiny or TinyURL to shorten the generated link.

    Hi Amy,

    We have an update from our Developer Team. The Shortened URL function has been discontinued on the Prepopulate App. For now, I'm afraid you'll need to use third-party tools like the ones I previously shared with you to generate a shorter URL.
