How can a second person edit the form submission

I have a form I'm looking to set up that an initial individual fills out data for a submission and then it would have a second individual input data on the same submission. Is there an easy way for this to function?

My current solution has been that the initial person submits their submission, and I have the second individual go to the table of the form, edit the submission, and then send it down the approval line.

What I would like to see is that the second individual is notified about the submission, and can quickly access that specific submission to edit and approve without having to navigate to the form table.

The approval flow hasn't been completed yet. but the link attached is the form in question.

This is possible by adding another recipient to your Notification Email, since this has an automatic edit link which the second respondent can click to edit the submission. Let me walk you through it:

1. In the Smart PDF Form Builder, click on Settings on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Emails from the left side window, then hover your mouse over Notification 1 and click on its Pencil icon.
3. From the Recipients tab, add another Recipient Email and click on the Save button.
