How can I change the email access on my account?

    Hi,

    I need to update the email address on my account so that our business email is the one attached. I tried to make the change, but the email verification never came through and it wont resend it.

    Hi Tatum,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can update your account email address via the Account page. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Account, on the right side of the account email address, click on Edit.

    2. Enter the new email address under New e-mail.

    3. Click on Save.

    Please take note that you can only update the account email address with an email address that is not associated with a Jotform account. We also have a guide about How to Change Your Account Email Address? that you can check out.
