Hello,
I wanted to ask if jotform had the ability to create a letter based off the information gathered from a questionnaire such as the function Cognito has.
i.e. I fill out a questionnaire and then jotform will take my answers and fill in portions of a letter template with my specific answers.

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to create a letter based on responses gathered from a questionnaire, we can achieve similar result using the PDF Editor. Let me show you how to set it up.
1. First, create your questionnaire form in Jotform. You can also utilize our Questionnaire form templates.
- On My Forms page, click the Create Form button.
- Click the Use Template button.
- Use the search bar to find a form template that best fits your needs. Once you find the form, click the Use Template button.
- In Form Builder, click on the menu on the top-left side of the page and open PDF Editor.
3. In the PDF Editor, you can utilize the PDF templates for your letter:
- Click the paint roller icon.
- Under templates, select the Letter on the dropdown option.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on Emails.
- Click on Add Emails and select Autoresponder email.
- Under the Advanced tab, turn on the Attach PDF and select the PDF document you've set up.
