How do we pass a custom field to the PayPal form?

    Hi,

    We have PayPal Business integrated to Jotform for event registration. How do we pass a custom field to PayPay from a form?

    Hi Florida Airstream Club,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. Unfortunately, you won't be able to find the custom field option in the PayPal Business integration but, you will see that option in the PayPal Personal integration. Currently, I did not find the PayPal Business integration with in your 2024 Sebastian Inlet State Park Weekend Rally form.

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on the magic wand icon for the PayPal Personal. How do we pass a custom field to the PayPal form? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    • Choose Additional Gateways Settings on the select the Fetch data from Text Field option.How do we pass a custom field to the PayPal form? Image 2 Screenshot 41
    • Click on continue. That's it.
