How can I view the purchases made on my form?

    I have 3 submissions for raffle tickets on my form but the report is only showing one. How can I access the most recent activity?

    Hi pmcmb123,

    Can you share to us the submission IDs that are not showing in the Jotform table? This will help us to investigate and understand the issue.

    Also, keep in mind that the Submissions table gets updated in real time. If you don't see the submissions in the table, you can refresh your browser to see the latest submission. If this doesn't work, and you are sure that users have already submitted responses, I would suggest you try to clear the cache of your browser, as it works to a similar issue. Here is the guide to clear it. You may also try another browser to check the submissions while we're looking into this.

    Hi pmcmb123,

    I checked your form and I found that it only has 1 submission in the main submission table and submission in the trash entries. Can you reach out to your form users and confirm to them if they completely filled out the form and made it to the Thank You Page? This will help us to better understand the issue.
