Hello,
I'm trying to test a form I'm creating that allows for documents to be uploaded - I keep getting this error when I try to upload a document. It does send a submission to my email though. Just wondering why I'm getting this error!

Hi Kris,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is this the form you're having an issue uploading files with? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Kris,
When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. We just need to replace the File Upload field that you have on your form with a new File Upload field. But, I don't suggest deleting the first File Upload field, as it will also delete the data on that field from the old submissions that you already received. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, hover your mouse over the File Upload field, and right-click your mouse.
- Select Unrequire, and then select Hide.
- Click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page, then drag and drop File Upload onto your form.
- Hover your mouse over the new File Upload field, right-click your mouse, and select Require.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
