I want to link multiple forms to a single webhook so anytime any one of my forms is submitted its payload will be sent to the same webhook URL. Is there a global Jotform API key I could use for this?

    Hi Nathan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're looking to streamline your workflow by linking multiple forms to a single webhook URL and are inquiring about the use of a global API key for this purpose. Jotform does not provide a global API key per se. Instead, each user has their own unique API key that can be used to authenticate and integrate their forms with other services, including webhooks. The API key can be used for multiple form for a specific user. Here's how you can obtain your unique API key and set up your forms to send submissions to a single webhook URL:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
    • Under the API tab, click on Create New Key.

By following these steps, you can ensure that the payload from any of your form submissions will be sent to the same webhook URL.

Let us know if you need any more help.

If I want submissions from multiple forms to go to a single webhook URL, what do I do about the different form IDs.

    Hi Nathan,

Yes, it is possible by simply using the same webhook URL in multiple webhook integration. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
    • Select the Webhook integration.
    • Then, add the URL to the URL section. Follow the same steps for the other form as well.

As you can see in the screencast above, I was able to collect submissions from different forms using a single URL.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
