We sent this link out, but when I receive the responses, it has last year's form attached. How do I fix?

Hi Erin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily change the connected PDF file in your Smart PDF form. Let me show you how:
- In Smart PDF Forms, select Upload from the blue navigation bar.
- Click on Update PDF.
- Select whether to Re-Upload PDF, or to Start Over.
- If you choose Re-Upload PDF, it will ask you to upload the file and just select from your device's saved files.
- Once done, the chosen file will be attached to the PDF form.

Unfortunately, I couldn't see the screenshot you shared on my end. Can you try to send it again? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
