I'm using the Widget of "add more options" as a solution to needing to get the users to fill in as many options as they want
However, when i export or look at the submission - the data presentation is not very easy to work with to analyze the data, because it adds everything as one text - which i can't seperate or see visualization.
Can you help me find a solution that can be easy to analyze? Thanks

Hi Maya,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If yes, you are referring to the Configurable List widget. As of this moment, it is not possible to separate the information, since they belong to a single widget. I could suggest downloading your submission data as Excel and use the available features on it to separate information from a single column. Currently, in Google Sheets, it is possible to separate the information. Here's how to do it:
How to Download Submission Data as Excel:
1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.
2. Click on Tables.
3. In Tables, on the right side of the screen, click on Download All.
4. Select Download as Excel.
Once you have downloaded your submission data as Excel, you can upload it to Google Drive and open it. Once opened, you can then use the feature to Split text to columns. Here's how to do it:
1. In Google Sheets, click on the concerned column to select.
2. At the top navigation bar, click on Data.
3. Click on Split text to columns.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you!
Do you have a suggestion to a similar idea (add options for the user) that jotform offers, that can give me the information seperatly?
I want to users to be able to add text as they need -

Hi Maya,
If you are talking about using a single field or widget to gather different data, then the best to use for that is still the Configurable List widget. From there, you can follow the instructions given by my colleague to separate the data.
Alternatively, you can use an entirely separate set of fields to gather data, and they will be separated automatically on the submission table, as they will then be considered as individual field columns. Depending on the data you wish to collect, you can use Short or Long Text fields so form users can type in the information you ask from them. You can check the Basic Tab of Add Form Element to see what are the types of fields you can use for your form.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Maya,
Unfortunately, that can't be done using the basic fields, but you may want to check out our Dynamic Checkbox widget that will allow your users to add another row for another input. See my screencast below for example:
