Can I add this for users of my existing software

I'm the developer of a SOAP note (think doctors and physical therapists documentation) platform. I'm looking into adding intake forms to my current offering. I'd like to know what the best way to implement that feature into my software using Jotform as a backend for the solution. Most of the customers would need a HIPAA-enabled solution which I see you offer. Would each of my customers need their own Jotform account? Or is it possible for my company to purchase a single "master" account that I could add users to and then use the API to route form submissions to the correct office that subscribes to my software?

Your software looks promising, but I'm not sure how viable it would be if I have to first sell a JotFrom subscription to my customers before selling them the feature I'm planning to add.

If you want to have several forms that will handle several users, you can create one account, upgrade it to the desired plan and upgrade it to HIPAA.

Now, if you want to have some sort of admin account and then several sub-accounts that you would like to manage, you can take a look at our Enterprise solution: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

Regarding API you can check it here: https://api.jotform.com/docs/

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Thank you!
