Issue with uploading my form.

Hello, I am having trouble with uploading my form and it deleted all my information and pictures on the website. Can I please have some assistance to set it back up?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell us a bit more about what's happening? Did you upload your own form by importing it to Jotform using the Smart PDF Form feature? Also, what do you mean by "website"? Did you try to embed your form into your website?
