Why are the email notification not coming to the email address?

    Thanks. The notification emails for the Reference Check (https://form.jotform.com/240342537432854) are not going through to the email. careers@thesaltfoundation.org.au

    Hi TopSpeedMedia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address (careers@thesaltfoundation.org.au) that you used as recipient in the notification email, and it is not in our bounce list. You can view your form's email history to confirm. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

    2. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.

    3. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.

    4. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.Why are the email notification not coming to the email address? Image 2 Screenshot 41

    You can check your spam folder on your email to see if the email notifications were sent there. You might also want to check out this guide about How to View Your Form Email Logs.
