I created a consent form of "I agree" for the following: Please confirm that you agree to the website Privacy Policy and Terms of Use * on my jotform below.
https://form.jotform.com/draganaognenovska/free-assessment-form
How can I add hyperlinks to Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, so that people can click on them to read them?
Thank you for your help in advance,
Dragana

Hello Dragana,
Hyperlinks can not be added to regular form fields for security reasons and there's no option to include a link with a Checkbox widget that you've used. But, we have special Terms and Conditions widget to link your policies, please review it here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/terms_amp%3B_conditions
Please add it to your form following this guide: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
We will gladly assist if you need any further help.

Victoria, thank you so much. I appreciate your help. I managed to add both the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy where they have to click 2 checkboxes. I could not figure out how to do it under 1 checkbox with both of these documents. Is there a way to configure this?
Also, is there a way to enable a cookie policy pop-up where they have to click accept when the go to the site?
Appreciate your help! Thank you, Dragana

Hello,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add several links to Terms and Conditions widget, but you may add several widgets for your policies. Also, widget can not check if user has visited the web page you linked. We have other similar widget Short Scrollable Terms, it has an option to require to read all the text: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/short_scrollable_terms
Hope this helps! But, please get back to us if you need further assistance.

Thank you. Last question when they visit the site is there a way to enable a cookie policy pop-up where they have to click accept when they initially land on the page?
Appreciate your help! Thank you, Dragana

By default, when the user opened the form, the terms and conditions widget is not checked. Also, the user needs to check that field in order to submit the form. It is because that this field is set as required.
If you are referring to a different issue, please let us know. Thank you.

The question is different. When you visit a site nowadays, and you're based in the EU you see the following: This website uses cookies to ensure you get the best experience on our website. Using this website means you’re okay with this. You can change which cookies are set at any time, and find out more about them, by reading our Privacy Policy by clicking Learn more. ACCEPT
How do I add this to the form?
Thank you in advance.

You can add hyperlinks along with text to your form using Text element, you can use this for the cookie warning and 'Learn more' link:
