Is it possible to apply for a second discount?

Hi there,

I am considering investing in jotform and upgrading to a bronze account using the summer discount.

Once I have upgraded using the discount, I am aware after the first year it will go back to full price.

Once you have used a discount, are you eligible for another at any point? Or are you only allowed to use one discount once and you will always and consistently have to pay full price after that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Most of the discounts we offer are seasonal and sometimes for new users only. However, your eligibility for a discount depends on its terms and conditions. For example, if you're a non-profit or an educational institution, you can use the Summer discount first, and after its duration, you can then apply for the special discounts we offer to our non-profit and education users. You can always check the available promos and offers that we have on our Pricing Page.

I am not an education user or non-profit organisation. So is the discount a one-time only offer? Once I upgrade, there will be no other offers made to me and no other opportunity to receive 50% off?

Currently, there are no other discount offers that you can apply to once the duration of the summer promo has ended. As I mentioned, your eligibility for a second 50% discount will depend on the terms and conditions of future promos that will be launched. You can check our Pricing page from time to time to see if there are ongoing promos that can be applied to your account.

We don't have exact information about the last date, but it might end on the first week of July. If you are interested in availing the offer, I recommend you do it as soon as possible. Note that the discount only applies on annual plans.
