WHy was my account blocked???

    Hey I was purchasing the Silver plan but my account got blocked. I need to create a form ASAP. Please unblock

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and noticed that it got suspended because you reached the email sent limit of 10 since you have sent or tested emails more than 10 per minute or hour. We've reactivated your account, so you can access it again. In the future, avoid sending more than 10 emails within 60 seconds to prevent account suspension.
