Limits: Can I receive 4000 Submisison using Silver plan?

    Tomorrow 3 aug morning (Thailand time 7.00 am) I will have 4000 new submission entries. I would like know whether my plan supports?

    Hi Ratirod,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and can confirm you have Silver Subscription, which offer you to collect 2500 form submission monthly. But if you want to collect a signed document or planning to collect payments, you can only collect 250 monthly. You can easily check your account limits from settings. Let me show you how:

    • Login to your Jotform account, click on Avatar/Profile picture in top right corner and choose Settings.

    • In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Usage.

    I need only data input without payment or signature.
    Please advice how to let my form can collect data up to 4000 entries.

    Hi Ratirod,

    I understand you need to collect 4000 entries for the month of August. In that case, we recommend updating the Gold Plan. You can upgrade your plan to have more monthly submissions available:
