Hello,
I changed some design elements on our form via the paintroller icon, and while the changes show up in the design element, they do not show up in testing the form or after I published it - any suggestions? This is for the 'LCV order form' form.
Thank you!
Stephanie

I believe that this is the form that you are talking about.
https://form.jotform.com/82356997884177From what I can see, the form preview looks the same as in the form builder.
If some changes are still not being shown, please provide us the form URL where the form is embedded and give us more details on what changes are not taking effect.

when I hit the paint roller icon my modified form shows up in the builder- different fonts mostly and sizing. But when I get out of the paint roller to the regular builder no modifications can be seen, and this is what’s showing up on the live order form. Any ideas? Thanks!

I cloned your form and I can verify that the form in Build mode and in the Live mode are the same.
May I ask for you to share a specific element that is not formatted properly in the Live mode?
If possible, please share a screenshot so that we can further investigate.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi there, I've attached a screen shot of the form in 'advanced builder' where the font is changed (this is the second image), and then a screenshot of the form preview where the font appears as the default font. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!

This is happening because the default font in the Form Builder mode is overlapping the form header font. Please use this custom CSS to fix the issue:
.form-header-group {
font-family: "Gravitas One", sans-serif !important;
}Here's a guide on How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes. Here's the result:
Hope that helps. Thank you.

Thank you, that helped with the font. However, I now have an issue for some reason where the longer multiple choice options with more characters are being moved to a second line, not sure why. I played around with some settings to try and change it but nothing worked. Any ideas? I've included a screenshot here.
