Draw on Image result not showing in submissions

Hello,

I use the "draw on image" widget in my forms so that clients are able to circle their area of focus/concern during their massage. The issue is that when the form is submitted, it takes forever to reflect on my tablet on the submissions page - but it reflects immediately on our PCs. On our PCs however, it does not show in the submitted client file. The result is absolutely tiny and it's impossible for our team to see. Please see attached screenshot for your reference, the form field in question is "please circle the areas on the front and back etc.."

So 2 questions:

1. Why is the result not showing clearly? Can I make it appear bigger so that you can clearly see the result?
2. Why does the submitted form take forever to reflect on my tablet, but it reflects immediately on my PC?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested the form, and the draw on image widget is reflected on the email notification and submission tables. Please refer to the screenshot below of the received email notification:

Since the email background and the human body are colored white, the body isn't visible, but when the image is downloaded. It shows up like this:

Can you create a new email notification by following the steps below and let us know if the difficulty persists?

1. Go to the Email section of the Form builder settings and click the + Add Email: Select the arrow icon for the email notification. Then click the save button after the setup. Please check out this guide on how to set up email notifications, and you're welcome to clone and test my cloned form.
