Zoom integration: Participants not added

    Hi Team,


    Below is my form which i am trying to integrate with the zoom. when i try to shedule a meeting I have added some participants but the meeting has been scheduled only with the host [My-self] and I could not able to find the participants details in my zoom workplace.

    Hello Paul,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you intend to add participants to the meeting, you must recreate your Zoom Integration and choose to Register a Participant for a meeting. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.

    2. Click Integrations on the left.

    3. Search for Zoom, and click it.

    4. Click the Authenticate button to connect and link your Zoom account. If you've already linked your account, you'll see a dropdown where you can select the account.

    5. Once authenticated, choose an action from the first dropdown.

    Now, from there choose the Register a Participant for a meeting, then select your upcoming meeting, and map your form fields to the fields in Zoom. We also have a guide about How to Integrate Jotform with Zoom that you can check out.

    I have already integrated with "Schedule a Meeting" option like below.

    Whether the participants wont automatically added into the meeting.

    Hello Paul,

    Please note that the zoom integration can only be used to create and schedule meetings and Register participants for meetings and webinars. Invitation links are created as soon as the form is submitted. This happens on your Zoom account as the integration only triggers Zoom to create it. The link is not routed back to Jotform. Sending of the invitation links will be manually done. They actually have guide about that here.
