The dates in French

Every form I make that I add the birthdate section it is always in French and there is no where for me to select otherwise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your form language is set to French, which is why some of the fields are in this language. Have you tried changing the Form Language back to English? You can change the language through the Form Settings. For example:
