How to set custom amount for shipping fee?

Is there a chance that I could get it squared away to have a shipping box set to where once the total hits $300 it is a certain price, $300 to $1000 another price, and then over $1000 a final price for shipping? That has to be doable with how I have it set up correct? Thank you!

Yes, that is possible. First, you need to add two form calculation widgets for the shipping fee and the total after the shipping fee:

Then you can add update/calculate conditions such as the one below:

You can now use the other calculation widget to get the total of the shipping fee and the item:
