I have received an email that my account disabled. I haven’t reached even near to the 100 inquiries that’s allowed on a free access. So why does it say so?

    Hi Evgeniia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I checked, you're seeing the over quota message because you've exceeded the allowed uploads for Starter (Free) plan, which is 100MB. You can delete some of your submissions with file uploads to clear up your usage. Let me show you how it's done:

    1. In Jotform Tables, choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column.
    2. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.Steps to delete multiple entries in Jotform Tables Screenshot 10
    3. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash. The confirmation to delete entries in Jotform Tables Screenshot 21

Afterward, you should also delete them from your Trash to prevent it from being counted to your account usage. Let's do it:

    1. Open the main tab’s menu in the upper-left corner.
    2. Select Trashed entries.Steps to view the trashed entries in Jotform Tables Screenshot 32
    3. In the Trash panel, choose the entries to delete.
    4. Select Delete Forever and confirm.Steps to delete trashed entries in Jotform Tables Screenshot 43

I also suggest checking out this guide to learn more about account usage limits.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
