Form Limits: Over Qouta

    Hello, I am the user of the form and I've realized that I have exceeded my usage limit. Even after deleting some files, my form is still not functioning. Could you please help me restore access? Thank you! And how can I check my File capacity in my Form.

    Hi wayne234346321,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your upload space usage and I can see that it still exceeds the limit. 

    The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files to the field and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted to your upload space. This limit does not reset; you need to delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space. Let me show you how:

    • In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.
    • On the right side of the screen, click on Delete. Then click on Move to Trash in the window that opens.

    Now, let us purge the data:

    Thanks for the reply, but this is what I also wanted to ask.
    I cleared most of the responses and trash in my inbox, but it still exceeds the capacity limit. Can you please check what's wrong with my account?

    I see you've deleted the submission on the following forms, but not yet purged on Trash:

    Can you please check them again? You can follow my colleague's step-by-step instruction (here) to purge them from your Trash.
