How to change the email address used for email alerts?

    Hello, I need the forms to go to my staff when they are completed but the google account is under my name. Is it possible to send the forms to enquiries@travelwithme.com.au instead of my address of annette@travelwithme.com.au

    I checked the above articles but it seems it needs to be done one form at a time. I just would like all emails to go to our office email.

    Hi Annette,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you'd like to update the email address recipient for your Notification Emails. We can do this through your Form Builder, but it needs to be done form by form. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
    4. Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.How to change the email address used for email alerts? Image 1 Screenshot 20
