Billing: Cancel and Refund request

    The annual renewal snuck up on us and we were automatically given the Bronze plan again. We would like to get a refund for that and downgrade to Free please.

    Thanks for getting back to us. As requested, I've canceled your subscription and refunded USD 446.76. Please allow your bank to add the refund to your account within 5-7 business days.
