Restore my jotform account.

    Hello jotform support,

    A few days ago I requested to restore my jotform account unfortunately, I had not receive any response from your side. I sent email on the given email address but no response still. I want to restore my account asap.

    Hi Anam,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and found a form that was flagged for being suspicious. Can you tell us why you have a form that asks for the passport number and the photo of the passport? If you can give us the reason for the business necessity for this, then we'll be able to re-enable your account. Otherwise, we'll have to remove this field first before we can reactivate it.

    As soon as we hear back from you we'll help you more with this.
