Delete an association e-mail

    Hello


    Please, delete this e-mail from your server/datacenters:

    atendimento@daramao.org


    I would like to use this into this account, but I can't yet.

    Hi Fernando,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like atendimento@daramao.org is associated with a deleted account (Daramao). When you delete an account, the account will remain in our system for a month before it is permanently purged from our system. This will free up the email address: atendimento@daramao.org.

    So, if you want to change your main account (Associacao_ongdaramao)'s email address to atendimento@daramao.org, you'll need to wait a month after you deleted your account.

    If you need to change your main account (Associacao_ongdaramao)'s email address immediately, it's possible too, but there are extra steps that needed to be done:

    First, you will need to log in into Daramao (atendimento@daramao.org) and change Daramao's email address to a different email. This will free up atendimento@daramao.org.

    Second, you will need to logout and login into your current's account (Associacao_ongdaramao) and change your current account (Associacao_ongdaramao)'s email address to atendimento@daramao.org.

    It's easy to change your account's email address, let me show you how:

    1. In Settings, scroll down to find Email.

    If the Require verification to change email option is enabled, you will get an email message to verify the email address change request. You can disable this setting in your Security Settings.

    Since Daramao (atendimento@daramao.org) is currently deleted, we need to reactivate from our end. Please reconfirm with us if you want to wait for a month or would like to proceed with the alternative solution to immediately change your main account's email address.
