Can I get a tax invoince in AUD?

On th 31st of May, I was billed my annual subscription fee. The receipt I was sent was USD, and therefore I cannot use it in Australia.

Is there a way you can please send me an appropriate tax invoice for this expense?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we only offer invoices in USD at the moment. Please note that the conversion rate is charged by the bank. In this case, you can notify your bank and ask for a statement about the final charge.
