I have found that your service is not tracking any of the emails sent through it. I cannot go back and resend a form to the same address. I have to re-enter the email and send it again. I should be able to see when and how many times I have sent a form to a specific person. Your support team suggested sending them through my own email client them searching through my sent folder for whats been sent. why would I do that if you've integrated email here??? A simple list of which form was sent to who and when is all we need.

    Hi Kayla,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid there is no option to track how many times a form was sent to the same user. The best way would be our Team's suggestion to send it via your own email client, this way, you will be able to track if the form was already sent and how many times the form was sent to the same user.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Choose the Right Tool: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or form-specific plugins like WPForms for tracking form submissions.

Set Up Google Analytics: If using Google Analytics, ensure you have it properly installed on your website.

Enable Form Tracking: Configure your forms to trigger events in Google Analytics or your chosen tool.

Create Goals in Google Analytics: Set up goals specifically for form submissions to monitor conversions.

Use Tag Manager: Implement Google Tag Manager to track form submissions easily without modifying code.

Enable Event Tracking: In Google Tag Manager, set up event tracking for form submission buttons.

Use UTM Parameters: Add UTM parameters to your form links like to track where submissions are coming from.

Create Custom Dashboards: Set up custom dashboards in your analytics tool to easily view form submission data.

Monitor Form Abandonment: Use tools like Hotjar to see where users drop off during the form submission process.

A/B Test Forms: Test different form designs and fields to see which version performs better for SEO and conversions.
