Form Calculation is not working

I have a form that needs to calculate the course fee based on the number of sessions. I have written conditional/calulate for the 3 levels of pricing. The value should be shown in the table under the Course Fee heading but I keep getting a 0 under a FX calucation field. It shuld also chow as a $ in the result field. How can I calulate this field? Thanks for your help.
