Hello again--My account is suspended, again and for the second time. It is because my account is flagged for click bate. Your tech person told me to disable the links, but I cannot do that because my students need the information. I need to add the links and it is apart of the course. Are there any other options available to make the links available to the students. Should I embed it inside the app and not in the forms?

Hi Carla,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I can confirm that the account was suspended again due to possible clickbait. I checked your form and it only contains three image fields with a redirect link embedded in them. This is why the system will automatically suspend your account. I suggest adding other fields to your form and replacing the image element with the paragraph field. You can add a hyperlink to the paragraph field that will redirect the users to a different page. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button on the left and find the Paragraph element.
- Drag and drop it into your form.
- Click on the Insert/Edit Link icon.
4. A dialog will pop up asking you to put the URL link and text to display.
5. Once done, click the Save button
That's it. I've reactivated your account. You can now log in again and make the changes needed to your form.
