    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and tested your form to see if I can replicate the issue but the files I tested seem to have been uploaded. Please check out the screenshot below for my result:

    I've cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again using a different browser and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, let us know including a bit more about what's happening, any error messages you're receiving, the details on the file you're trying to upload, and any relevant screenshots.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello Raymond,


    thank you for your prompt response.


    I’m able to attach file now, but not able to submit the form even after filling all the details. The submit button is not showing at the end of the form.
