PayFast integration: Unsuccessful redirect

    My payment gateway is not redirecting to Payfast. Please advice

    Hi Naledi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. To better assist you, can you please tell us if you are getting any error messages when trying to submit the form? If so, the most likely reason for the error message after submitting the form is that the PayFast credentials are incorrect. Have you contacted Pay Fast support to check if there are any issues with your Pay Fast account?

    In the meantime, I cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
