Error 404 while filling out the form

    We had an issue reported that while working to complete our "Project Estimator Application" form, the form, or site glitched and the work, which was about 1/2 the form complete, was lost. Specifically, the user said, "I was about 50% through the application and the website gave me an Er404 and reloaded the page."

    We have one other form "Application for Employment" with over 313 uses and no reports of this issue.

    How can we be assured that this won't happen again?

    Hi Admin_RPD,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and it is loading correctly. I also made a test on a cloned form and was able to submit it:

    Since it only happened to a single user, it maybe that the form did not load correctly because of internet connection issues. If this happens again, please let us know and we will do further testing.
