PDF Being sent is missing a page

Page 3 (Waiver and Release of Liability) of my form "2024 Summer Camp Registration Form" is not include in the PDF file that is emailed to our organization or the parent. The form requires a signature in this area and we would like proof of what was signed for our protection. How do we make sure it is included?

Hi Mary,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your PDF and see that it only have the few first questions on your form. To fix it, you can delete old PDF Document and just create a new one. Let me walk you through it:

• In your form's PDF Editor, Click on the Three Vertical Dots next to your corrupted PDF and select Delete.
• Next, click on New PDF and select New PDF Document.
