Form redirect

did you get this sorted? same thing happened to me too. any scams? i am worried because i uploaded my payslip. but thats as far as i went. please let me know

Just to confirm, did you get redirected to Jotform after clicking on Submit? If so, it's possible that the form owner added the URL to redirect users to a site. Can you share with us the URL of the form you filled out so that we can check it out?

I checked the form ID referenced in the link, and it did not take me to a form. Can you share the form link of the form you have filled out before you got redirected to the two links?

unfortunately i dont have one of the links to the form anymore, i even check my history and its not there. but i still have the other link from my text message and it brought meto this company . . .
