Building Database (Knowledge Base)

    Dears,

    I had a quick review on your tools and I spent some time on “Approval template” which somehow satisfy my need when it comes to filling forms but customer and following the workflow, but what concerned me is archiving the data and building a healthy database from my customers tickets? Because I’ll need it as a reference to my next similar tickets “I assume the similar results will appear automatically” same as what you’re using in the “contact us” subject.


    Also, the possibility to link/integrate it with your “calculator tool” or “contract preparation tool”.


    My request might not be well explained but I hope it’s clear enough and I’m open for further discussion, verbally if needed (Teams, Webex, etc).

    Hi Abdullah,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to Jotform's Approval flow? I'm not sure what exactly you want to achieve, but can you explain a bit more about it? It is stated on the title of this thread 'Knowledge base', and I'm assuming you want to build a library of information about the product or a certain topic, can you confirm?

    You did mention Jotform's contact us. Do you want to create a form, where customers can submit their question, concerns, or any issues they have about a certain topic?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea about your question.
