I have read past questions and answers and saw you have Google calendar but I also need Microsoft Outlook as most of our customers, partners, have Microsoft Outlook for their work email. Please advise.

    Hi Katrenia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. By default, there's no option to add a selected appointment to the user's calendar in the Thank you Page. Can you share your form URL? This will help us better understand what's happening and help you find a solution.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Still working on the layout of my RSVP form and Thank you page. What I want to know is once someone has registered and clicks submit and it takes them to the Thank you page, can a link or button be added to the Thank you page that states "click here to add this event to your calendar" and a list of calendar options, like Google and Microsoft Outlook pop up so they can choose which calendar they want to add the event to? Is this possible?

    Hello katreniaburgess,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a button on the Thank-you page which redirects to a calendar app like Google or Microsoft. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hi, just popping in to say that I have had success using the Appointment field to make event RSVPs, and the reminder email within that field's Advanced Properties contains Google and Outlook calendar app links. I have been able to copy these links for the Thank You page. You'd need to set up the Appointment field with only one date/time to select, so form fillers would have to select that time in order to sign up for the event. An added bonus is a customizable reminder email that can be sent at designated time(s) before the event. Good luck!

    Hi Katrenia,

You can copy that link from the Reminder Email and paste it into the Thank You Page, so your users will have the option to add the appointment to either Outlook, Google, or iCal. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment element, and click on the Gear icon.
    2. Then, go to the Advanced tab, and toggle ON the Send Reminder Email.
    3. Next, click on the Customize Reminder Email button, and copy the links. I want to add to my Thank you page after someone signs up from an event an Add to my Calendar link with a choice of Microsoft Outlook, Google, etc Screenshot 40
    4. Toggle OFF the Send Reminder Email option if you do not want it, and click Settings from the top bar menu.
    5. Click Thank You Page from the left panel menu, and paste the links you copied. That's it. I want to add to my Thank you page after someone signs up from an event an Add to my Calendar link with a choice of Microsoft Outlook, Google, etc Screenshot 51
