    Hi,

Can you test for me, still not able to get payments through. When you go to buy now, what are you seeing?

    Thank you

    Hi DeeCarn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. May I know what type of PayPal account you are using? Is it PayPal Business, Personal or Checkout? Also, try to update your PayPal credentials or ensure that the entered credential is correct in your payment field and then try it again.  If you are using PayPal Business, it’s easy to connect your PayPal Business Integration. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Payments tab, select PayPal Business.
    3. In the menu on the right side of the screen, click on Connect. That will redirect you to the PayPal page to connect your account.
    4. Enter the necessary information and connect your account with your form.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

We are using paypal personal, still not working

    But here is another question.

is it possible for the form I have to allow a person to register and order so we can capture the information, but pay via a link instead of the form? We still need them to register and tell us what products they want, but we may have to give them a link to paypal instead us integrating into this form.

    Hi deesheart1,

Thanks for reaching us back. I cloned and tested the form, and was able to submit it. Please note that to complete the submission, the IPN or Instant Payment Notification which is a post message sent by PayPal which triggers when the transaction is completed on the PayPal side, please check this FAQ page about PayPal incomplete payments. Otherwise, incomplete submissions will be reflected on the pending payments, which can be found by following the steps below:

    1. On the Tables page, click the ellipses icon.
    2. Select the Pending Payments option: Payment integration not working Image 1 Screenshot 30

If you want to opt out of payment integrations, you can use the Product list element, which excludes payment processors, so users can select products without payment, and you can charge them outside of Jotform. Please follow the steps below to add the Product list to the form:

    1. On the Form builder page, go to the Form elements tab by clicking the Add Form elements + button.
    2. Select the Product list element under the basic tab: Payment integration not working Image 2 Screenshot 41

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Hi Deesheart1,

If you want to transfer the ownership of the actual form, we can have it transferred for you. You just need to give us the email address for the account that you want to be transferred to. As for changing the email address of your account, it's easy, let me show you how to do it:

    1. Hover over your avatar in the top right corner of the website.
    2. Click on your name.
    3. Your registered email address is at the bottom of the Profile Page. Click Edit on the bottom right side of the Profile option.Payment integration not working Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Add the new email address and click the Save button.Payment integration not working Image 2 Screenshot 51
    5. Finally, you will get an email message to verify the new email address of the account.Payment integration not working Image 3 Screenshot 62

For more information on how to change the email address on your account, you can check out our guide here.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Thank you. I don't want to change the account email. I want to change the reply/response email on the Jotform I created.

    Hi deesheart1,

If you're referring to the email notification that you get, We can change it in the email notification setting. Let me help you set that up:

    1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    2. Next, select Notification Email.

    3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

    4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.

Now, that email will get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
