Hi Andrea,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on your attached screenshot, your company might be using an Enterprise account. Your company may have to assign your non-enterprise account as one of the subusers of your company's Enterprise account first before they can assign forms with you. But it's best to confirm this with the Enterprise-dedicated team. Please reach out to your company and verify whether they have added you as a subuser or not.
