How to make the Product Field mandatory before submitting?

People are submitting their form....some are paying and some are not?

How do I make it mandatory pay before they submit the form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the form Athlete Profile Form? If so, to make your Product field mandatory before submitting the form, you will need to set it as Required. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the Product Field, click the Wand icon, and hover your mouse to the Pen icon of the Product.
2. Toggle On the Required section and click Save.
3. After that, click the Gear icon of the field, under the General tab, and Toggle On the Required section.
